These Terms of Service govern use of services provided by Authentically You, a subsidiary of Moment to Moment Pictures Inc., including the Creative Compass app and related websites.
By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. Non-agreement means you should not use the Service.
The Service includes the Creative Compass app, an AI-powered filming coach that helps creators plan and record video content through customized prompts; the Authentically You community hosted on the Skool platform at skool.com/authenticallyou; and associated websites, communities, or digital resources.
The Skool community is operated on a third-party platform (Skool). Use of the community is also subject to Skool's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern your account, posts, and conduct on that platform.
Access requires a valid email address with authentication via magic link sign-in. Your account ties to your registered email. You bear responsibility for email account security. The company is not liable for unauthorized access from compromised email accounts.
The Creative Compass app offers free and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Premium, and VIP) billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Subscribing authorizes recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancel anytime via Profile → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the current billing period's end. No refunds for partial periods are offered.
Upgrades take immediate effect. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period's start. Lapsed or cancelled subscriptions revert to the free tier, making paid features inaccessible.
Stripe processes all payments for the Creative Compass app. The company does not store payment information. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply.
The Authentically You community is hosted on Skool. Community memberships — including pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation — are processed and managed by the Skool platform under your Skool account, and are governed by Skool's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. To view or change your community membership, manage it directly through your Skool account. Refund eligibility, billing disputes, and payment issues for community memberships are handled in accordance with Skool's policies.
The Creative Compass app requests device camera and microphone access for video recording. Granting permissions authorizes the app to access these features solely for recording sessions within the app. Recordings are stored locally on your device and camera roll. The company does not transmit, store, or process video recordings on servers.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized filming prompts and content suggestions based on your inputs (niche, audience, topic). These inputs are sent to Anthropic, the third-party AI provider, for processing. Service use constitutes consent to this processing. Inputs are not sold or used to train AI models.
Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed through their systems.
AI-generated content is provided for creative assistance only. No guarantees exist regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for specific purposes.
You agree not to:
All Service content, features, and functionality — including software, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated prompt frameworks — are exclusive property of Moment to Moment Pictures Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including video recordings made through the app.
The Service integrates with Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (Creative Compass payments), Anthropic (AI), GoHighLevel (CRM), and Skool (community hosting and community-membership billing). Use of these integrations is subject to those providers' respective terms and privacy policies. The company is not responsible for third-party service practices or content.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The company does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free Service operation. No warranty covers results or outcomes from Service use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moment to Moment Pictures Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from Service use, even if advised of damage possibility. Total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your Service use, Term violations, or third-party right infringement.
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and Service access at its sole discretion, without notice, if it believes you violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct. Upon termination, your Service use right ceases immediately.
The company may update these Terms periodically. Material changes are notified by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued Service use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by British Columbia, Canada law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of British Columbia courts.
