Private mentorship for creators, coaches, and professionals who are done circling — the confidence work and the content work, side by side.
Twenty years on film sets taught me that nobody becomes magnetic on camera alone. Everyone you admire had someone in their corner.
The Backstage Pass is that corner. It's the only place I work 1:1 — on your confidence, your content, your hooks, your presence — until being seen feels like home.

"I found every session refreshing, enlightening, and helpful… I recognise now that appearing confident in front of the camera translates also to how we are personally, and what we hope for professionally. I highly recommend Elfina and I look forward to continue working with her."
— Anne Claire M.
"I was lucky enough to find Elfina and get on a 1-1 call with her. I came out with a clear picture of how I should move forward, and feeling absolutely amazing!"— Nick G.
